Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for all committed couples whether they are dating, engaged or married. This is a workshop designed to share psychoeducation and is NOT group therapy or couples therapy.

What is covered at the workshop?

The Seven Principles Workshop is based on the more than 50 years internationally acclaimed research of Dr. John Gottman and the Gottman Institute. It provides proven tools to help couples: ▪ Improve friendship, fondness and admiration

▪ Gain skills to manage conflict constructively

▪ Enhance romance and intimacy

▪ Create connection and shared meaning

Will my partner and I have to share personal information?

No, the workshop format includes lectures and breakout sessions where couples can privately complete exercises but you will NOT be asked to share what you discussed with other couples at the workshop.

What is included in the course materials?

The course materials include (2) spiral bound workshop books that are not available in stores as well as a copy of the bestselling book, ‘The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work’.

Who is the presenter at the workshop?

Brita Peirce, MA, LMFT, CGT is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) that has been working with individuals, couples and families for over 20 years. She owns her own private practice and is a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist.

What is the cancellation policy?

The Seminar cancellation policy allows anyone who is unable to attend the option of rolling over their registration to the next available course, even if the course if full without any additional cost to them as long as they do that within 7 calendar days before the seminar.

Participants can cancel with a full refund minus transaction fees if they do not want to attend the seminar as long as it is done prior to 4 weeks of the start date for the seminar. They may also transfer that registration to another couple without additional cost provided it is done in writing prior to 4 weeks of the start date of the seminar.

If the participant cancels with less than 4 weeks notice then they will receive a partial refund despite the reason for the change. The percentage that they will be refunded is below:

1 weeks +	Rollover to the next seminar with no financial penalty
4 weeks +	Full refund minus transaction fees
2-4 weeks	60% refunded minus transaction fees
0-1 week	40% refunded minus transaction fees
Less than 1 week	25% refunded minus transaction fees
No call, No show	No money back without exception
